Scalemaper is owned and operated by Johnson Levi, an individual based in the United States ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through scalemaper.com, how we use it, and your choices.
Information you send us
When you use our contact or demo forms, or email us directly, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, work email, company, website, budget range and message. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, schedule calls and, if we work together, deliver our services.
Depending on how the site is set up, form submissions are either sent from your own email app or delivered through a form-processing provider that forwards them to our inbox. That provider processes the data on our behalf.
Information collected automatically
Our web host (Hostinger) automatically keeps standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, pages requested, referring site and time of visit. These are used for security and to keep the site running. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics scripts on this site.
Some images on this site are loaded from third-party services. Articles may also link to or embed content from other websites, which have their own privacy practices.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (such as email and hosting providers), or when required by law.
Retention
We keep enquiry emails for up to 24 months, or longer if we have an active client relationship, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or California privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Email johnson.levi@scalemaper.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 16.
